As a strategist I do not diagnose mental health disorders. I collaborate with individuals that already have a diagnosis, or do not need a diagnosis, in order to help them get unstuck from their current situations. In short, I look at your present and help you to create a plan for your desired future.
A lot of my clients have had some type of therapy in the past but feel as though they walked away without a long term plan or sustainable goals. This is where a mental health strategist comes in. -
Yes. I absolutely provide referrals if I feel that you will be better suited to someone in my network that specializes in diagnosing mental health disorders, or feel that you could benefit from more work related to your past versus your goals for the present and future.

Peaceful Pathways Wellness does not accept any health insurance. All services are self pay only.

Most major credit cards and cash are acceptable forms of payment. A card is required to be kept on file regardless of form of payment used for sessions.

Yes! I offer reduced rates on all of my services for all first responders and military service members, as well as their family members.
Family members are limited to spouse or partner, children ages 18 and older, parents, and siblings. Valid ID is necessary from the first responder upon first session to be eligible for the ongoing reduced rate. -
All scheduled sessions must be cancelled via the scheduling app no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations after 48 hours, and no-shows, will be subject to the full session fee.
